Thriving: Recover Your Life

Thriving: Recover Your Life is an innovative and comprehensive training program comprised of 5 different modules. Each module is a complete package, containing a training video with accompanying workbooks. One of the most unique and exciting elements of Thriving: Recover Your Life is that it brings distinct groups together to build a joyful healing community. Participants learn skills that actually re-wire their brain by building joy in the context of secure, healthy relationships with God and others. As joy builds, they are better able to handle distress and increasingly able to live from their heart. Thriving: Recover Your Life incorporates the latest advances in neuroscience with the Life Model concepts and the 19 relationship skills needed to thrive. We envision this program could revolutionize churches, recovery programs and other ministries all over the world. We are extending an invitation to partner with us in spreading this treasure.

The development of the Thriving Recover Your Life program is one of the Life Model projects by Shepherd's House Inc. You can learn more about our leadership here. Thriving materials are sold and distributed by the Shepherd's House center THRIVE Distributions and the brain skills we use are developed by THRIVE training. If you are confused about the difference between Thriving Recovery and THRIVE training this link will help.

Thriving Recover Your Life, like most good things, is being developed in partnership with many people. We hope you will join the partnership. Shepherd's House is working with the international recovery trainer Ed Khouri who directs this project for us. We also use the Immanuel prayer healing process developed in connection with Dr. Karl Lehman. We test new materials in a variety of churches and countries. As an interesting note:  By the end of January, Ed will have Restarting material on every inhabited continent, except South America.  He may be presenting Restarting in Peru in February.
